Exterior paint protects your home from sun and rain, and it’s the first thing people see. We handle nearly every part of an exterior paint job, from washing to the last coat.
What’s included
- Siding, trim, doors, and shutters
- Pressure washing as part of our exterior projects
- Wood repair: rotted trim, siding, and fascia, and other painting-related carpentry
- Prep, priming, and painting
We don’t take on full home renovations or major carpentry.
Prep is most of the job
Prep is the most time-consuming part of our exterior work, and it’s what makes the paint last:
- Pressure washing to remove dirt, mildew, and chalky old paint.
- Scraping loose and peeling paint where needed.
- Light sanding so the new paint lays smooth.
- Repairing soft or rotted wood.
- Spot priming bare and repaired surfaces.
- Covering windows, doors, walkways, and plants properly when we spray.

Why homeowners choose us
- A family member on every estimate.
- Fully insured: liability and workers' compensation coverage on every job; proof provided on request.
- Limited warranty: 3 years on newly painted non-flooring surfaces, 1 year on stained surfaces and flooring.
- Every crew is managed directly by a family member.
Homes built before 1978
We’re not a lead-safe certified (RRP) firm, and Georgia’s rules treat repainting a home built before 1978 as regulated work. We can take on a home that age only after a certified renovator has tested it and found no lead-based paint, or for minor work within Georgia’s small-area limits. Tell us when you request your estimate, and we’ll tell you whether we can help.
