Privacy policy

This policy explains what The Painting Group & Renovation LLC (“we”, “us”) collects through paintinggroup.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

When you request an estimate. The form asks what you need painted, your street address, city, and ZIP code, whether your home was built before 1978, your name, your phone number, your email if you give one, the best way to reach you, and how you heard about us. Anything you add in “Anything else we should know?” is included too.

When you call or email us. We receive what you choose to tell us, along with your phone number or email address.

When you browse the site. We don’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies. Like any website, our hosting provider processes technical details of each visit, such as your IP address and browser type, to deliver the pages and keep the site secure. If you close the offer banner, your browser remembers that choice on your own device; it is never sent to us.

How we use it

We use your request to contact you, prepare your estimate, and plan your project, by the method you chose. We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t add you to a marketing list.

Calls and texts

Depending on the best way to reach you that you choose on the form, we may call you or send you a text at the number you gave, about your request. Message and data rates may apply. This number doesn’t receive texts, so to stop texts, tell us on a call or by email and we’ll stop.

Who helps us handle it

A few service providers process information for us, only to run this site and deliver your request:

• Vercel hosts the site and handles each visit (Vercel’s privacy notice (opens in a new tab)).
• Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a request comes from a person, not a bot. It looks at technical signals such as your IP address and browser, and only to detect bots (Turnstile privacy addendum (opens in a new tab)).
• Resend delivers the form’s emails: your request to our inbox and, if you gave an email, your copy. Resend keeps a copy of each email for 30 days (Resend’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab)).
• Zoho Invoice prepares and sends your written quote (Zoho’s privacy policy (opens in a new tab)).
• Google provides our business email, where your request is kept, and the Google reviews shown on our homepage. The reviews come to our server from Google without any information about you, but reviewers’ profile photos load from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address (Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab)). If you use the address suggestions, the part of the address you type is sent through our server to Google to suggest matching addresses. Google receives that text, not your name or contact details. You can also type your address yourself.

How long we keep it

Your request stays in our business email, and any quote we send you in Zoho Invoice, for as long as it’s useful for your project and our records. Resend’s copy is deleted after 30 days. To have us delete your request sooner, call or email us; we’ll delete it unless we need it for work we’re doing for you or to meet a legal obligation.

Your choices

You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Reach us by phone or email below.

Children

This site is meant for adults planning a project. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
