These terms apply to your use of paintinggroup.com, the website of The Painting Group & Renovation LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them.

Information on this site

The site describes our services in general. Prices, scope, schedules, and warranties for a project are set only in your written quote, and the work itself is governed by that agreement, not by these terms. Sending an estimate request doesn’t create a contract, and we may decline a request.

Google Maps content

This site includes Google Maps features and content: the Google reviews on our homepage. Your use of them is subject to the then-current versions of the Google Maps End User Additional Terms of Service (opens in a new tab) and the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). Reviews are the reviewers’ own words as provided by Google; we don’t edit them.

We link to sites we don’t run, such as Wisetack for financing, Google, Yelp, Facebook, and X. Their terms and policies apply there, and we aren’t responsible for their content.

Our content

Except for third-party content, such as the Google reviews and Wisetack’s materials, the text, photos, and logo on this site belong to us. You’re welcome to share links to our pages; please don’t copy our content for commercial use without our written permission.

Using the site

Please don’t misuse the site, for example by sending false or automated requests or by trying to disrupt it. We may block requests that look like abuse.

Accessibility

We want everyone to be able to use this site, and we aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. If something on the site is hard to use, call or email us. We’ll help you directly and work to fix it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Georgia law. Any dispute about them will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Cobb County, Georgia.

If we change these terms, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
