Sam
Owner
Sam, Steve's brother and co-founder of the original family business, learned the painting, handyman, and remodeling trade alongside his brother through hard work and a passion for getting projects done right. With over 30 years of experience, Sam has taught The Painting Group & Renovation’s crews the importance of strong work ethic and striving for excellence. He has also mentored and trained his eldest son, Masom, guiding him through the right and wrongs of the painting industry and customer service. Sam feels most at home on the job site, where his over 40 yeas of knowledge and experience remain one of the business’s most valuable assets.
Masom
Director
Masom, Sam's eldest son, has been part of The Painting Group & Renovation since April 2003. As a teenager, he worked alongside his father and uncle, gaining hands-on experience in the business. Trained by Sam and Steve, he brings over 20 years of expertise in the painting industry. Masom graduated from Kennesaw State University with a BS in Computer Science and an MS in Management and Information Systems. His primary goal is to uphold the family legacy by providing top-notch customer service, delivering high-quality painting, and further enhancing the business’ strong reputation as one of the best painting contractors in metro Atlanta.
Raffi
Project Manager
Raffi, the youngest addition to the family business, is Sam’s youngest son and Masom’s younger brother. Graduating from Kennesaw State University with a BS in Criminal Justice, Raffi began his training in 2017 under the guidance of Sam and Masom. With over 7 years of experience in management, customer service, painting, and business administration, he learned the intricacies of the painting business while working alongside his father and brother. Raffi values customer service, quality, transparency, and communication as essential components of any successful business. He is out managing projects and addressing any questions or concerns.
Rabee
Project Manager
Rabee, Sam's son-in-law and Masom and Raffi’s brother-in-law, has been a key member of the family business since returning to the United States in 2016. With over 12 years of experience in management, construction, and the handyman industry, Rabee excels in painting, handyman work, electrical, drywall, carpentry, and project management. Trained personally by Sam and Masom, he has played a major role in educating our crews and addressing customer questions during free consultations. Rabee thrives on-site, efficiently managing projects, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring complete satisfaction with every job.

The Painting Group & Renovation is a family-owned and locally operated painting contractor which is not nationally franchised. One of our family members will personally give the estimate, supervise the project, and handle all details of the project to ensure the complete customer satisfaction.
FREE Detailed and Professional Estimates
One of our family members will provide every estimate at our customers' convenience. There are no “middle men”, estimators, or salespeople. Each contract will detail the scope of work and will specify the exact products/materials that will be used. NO down payment is ever required for jobs less then $8,000.
Quality Work
Most of our crews have been working with the company for over ten years. Each crew has a foreman who was personally trained by Sam and is always present at the job site. Each project will be completed in the contracted time frame and will be monitored by one of our family members. There will also be a final walk-through with the customer to ensure complete satisfaction.

Licensed, Fully Insured, and Workers Compensation Certified
Many Atlanta-based painting companies do not carry insurance to protect customers against damage done to their home. We also respect our employees and ensure they are protected.
